With 30 years of IT experience, he has held IT leadership positions at direct to consumer companies such as Guthy-Renker, OceanX, Jafra Cosmetics, and built complex B2B SaaS application platforms at Everbridge. He has also founded two previous technology startups involved with data networking and cloud computing. Kim consults with companies who wish to build or scale their business centered around a Direct to Consumer business model. This includes advisory, strategy and technology expertise regarding order capture, order management, and fulfillment systems that optimize their revenue and profitability.

Priya Ghai a proven leader with a sophisticated vision and rare agility to respond to acute organizational needs in challenging global environments. As a product champion and business developer, Priya is known for her ability to build domestic and global brands using a dynamic, engaging, and influential style to capitalize on synergies and facilitate consensus across functions and cross culturally. Prior to Laventa, Priya was recruited by the world’s largest direct response marketer, Guthy Renker as Managing Director and was also CEO of Williams Worldwide Television, one of the first US companies to launch DRTV internationally. Priya loves to cook and dance at the same time, discuss life while hiking with Charlie May, she loves to travel and is a Kundalini Yoga practitioner.

John Richardson

John has over 20 years of in-depth experience delivering eCommerce solutions as Amazon Seller Central Manager, Ad and Marketing Management, Product Manager, Director of Web Strategy, SVP of Applications Development and CTO.

John’s ecommerce experience spans a wide variety of Retail (B2B, B2C) product sectors including Food, Beverage, Sporting Goods, Nutrition, Home Products, Pet and Beauty Supplies.

John also has extensive experience with email marketing, Google Analytics, CMS’s (WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, and WIX), and Learning Management Systems.

John has worked with many startups, managed technologies at several mid-sized companies, and been an SVP at 3 Fortune 250 companies.

For the past 12 years he has been a SCORE Mentor and also donates his time to the CADA Mentor Program which is a school-based program for vulnerable 3rd-8th grade students who need academic, emotional, and/or social support.

Tom Benton

Tom is a highly regarded industry expert on data and direct marketing. As CEO of the Direct Marketing Association, Tom advised leading national and global marketers on strategic and operational issues relating to data and privacy. He has also advised legislators in Washington DC on the development of data and privacy laws. His broad experience includes leadership roles at AOL, Direct Marketing Association, Marketing Edge, Rodale Press, Xerox, and Wechsler Coffee.

Keith Manning

Keith Manning has an exceptional record leading business initiatives to maximize profits while being a creative thought leader and innovator. With expertise in all facets of marketing and marketing analytics, Keith brings C-Level experience with companies such as AOL Time-Warner, Guthy-Renker and Vonage. His specialties include; Direct-to-Consumer Marketing, New Customer Acquisition, Digital Marketing, Price and Offer Development, Customer Lifetime Value optimization, as well as strategic planning.
